Am looking for information on the Fred and Caroline Wilkinson that had 13 children that lived in Snyder Texas?
Q. Fred and Caroline came from Germany
Asked by jewel w - Sat May 20 22:58:54 2006 - - 4 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Wilkinson...that's one of my family's names. my grandmama was a Wilkinson, and I'm part German thanks to my grandmama, so in that rate, you might be related to me! HA!!! I'd ask my aunt who does family genology, but I don't want to call her at 11 pm. Um, if you want to, you could probably go a family tree site and pay a few bucks to get the information you want...but I guess it kinda depends on if this is the information you actually ARE looking for. Keep me posted, I'd like to know too. good luck...let me know how it turns out. Are you part of the Wilkinson family?

Can you tell me which food/beverage do you think is the most nutritious? why?
Q. Potato Skins, Cheetos,Doritos, Snyders, Big Texas (Donought). Thanks in advance for answering my question. I appreciated it.
Asked by dasme.d2007 - Tue Apr 1 23:19:39 2008 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments

A. A little confusing since you say food/beverage and no beverage is listed. The best beverage for over all nutrition would have to be milk; fortified orange juice coming in second. Food would have to be the egg. Lots of minerals and vitamins. If you are asking which from your list would be most nutritious then probably the potato skins since they are the only one which will have protein, minerals, vitamins, etc.

Will Kansas State win the pathetic Big 12 North Division this year?
Q. Im a K-State fan and im happy to see Snyder leading the Wildcats to some victories, but do you think K-State will be able to hold Nebraska off and win the North Division to face Texas?
Asked by Caleb B - Wed Nov 11 17:14:34 2009 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Well, all K-State has to do is beat Nebraska. Move the ball against Nebraska and it's a piece of cake. K-State beats Nebraska 17-7 to go to the Big 12 Championship to face Texas. Unfortunately, Snyder isn't THAT magic... Yet... Good luck to Kansas State. War Eagle!

A. Nebraska should be Tom Osborne over Solich for sure. Knute Rockne for ND is probably a more defining coach than Lou Holtz even if Holtz was very successful.

Ron Paul supporters... did you know this? Time to write FOX news.?
Q. ARLINGTON, virginia according to the New Hampshire State Republican Party and an Associated Press report, Republican presidential candidate and Texas Congressman Ron Paul will be excluded from an upcoming forum of Republican candidates to be broadcast by Fox News on January 6, 2008. Given Ron Paul s support in New Hampshire and his recent historic fundraising success, it is outrageous that Dr. Paul would be excluded, said Ron Paul 2008 campaign chairman Kent Snyder. Dr. Paul has consistently polled higher in New Hampshire than some of the other candidates who have been invited. Snyder continued, Paul supporters should know that we are continuing to make inquiries with Fox News as to why they have apparently excluded Dr. Paul… [cont.]

A. Wonder if the blowback from this will be more media time? Ron Paul getting interviews on other networks due to FOX's audacity? I hope so, there is a silver lining in almost everything. Keep your chin up, FOX is outing themselves for who they really are (gatekeepers), and cannot gauge his support because it's so different. I watched a documentary called "Spin" by Brian Springer, and the networks did this to another candidate as he started polling higher in the early primary states. There was no internet at the time, so nothing could be done. EDIT: I think it was caused by a devious blog, with which the AP ran the news report with. The full story is here.

Are the horror remakes good for horror movies?
Q. I always get a sick feeling in my stomach when I hear they're remaking a classic horror movie... but I do have to admit I really liked Zach Snyder's remake of Dawn of the Dead (I actually like it way more than the original), and I also really liked Alexandre Aja's remake of The Hills Have Eyes. I can apprecate the new Texas Chainsaw Massacre films for what they are...I mean they're not better than the original Tobe Hooper or part II with Bill Moseley but I like them. Anyhow, even though I think SCREAM was the classic horror film of the 90s, I also think it ruined horror films for that decade as the hundreds of copy cat films that followed were awful. So I think that the remakes were a good kick in the pants...like HEY this is what these… [cont.]

A. Horror Films, like any story, should be told over and over again for each new generation. If the story is solid, then it will stand the test of time and still be relevant to each new audience. I have discovered that it is like a point of bonding for people in different generations.

Top 5 College Football Sleeper Teams and why?
Q. hears mine: 1. Arkansas, Sophmore QB Ryan Mallet is a great gun slinging QB that now has tall and fast WR's to throw to with a great RB (Micheal Smith to take the load of him) and a steady offense and the 23rd best pass defense. Looking at their schedule despite a tough one they go 8-4 with losses to Georgia, LSU, Florida, and Ole Miss. (upset Alabama) 2. Wisconsin Badgers, with a speedy playmaking John Clay at RB and a handful of intriguing WR's I say the Badgers go 11-1 with an easy schedule and 1 loss to Ohio State. Their only downside is inconsistant play at the QB position. 3. Central Michigan Chippewas, Senior QB Dan LeFevour leads a team 12th in the nation in passing and wins games not only with his arm but with his legs. They… [cont.]

A. 1. Penn State. I know, this team went 11-1 in the regular season last year and was 2 points away from the BCS Title game. But Ohio State is still the favorite to win the Big 10. I think Penn State will beat Ohio State, and go undefeated and earn a berth in the BCS Championship (OU beats Texas, OSU beats OU). 2. Georgia Tech. I think this team also has a great shot to go undefeated. They have the firepower to beat Virginia Tech, and if they can beat the Hokies, they should roll through the ACC, 3. Troy Trojans. Two upsets over Florida and Arkansas and rolling through a weak Sun Belt will be enough to send a SBC team to the Sugar Bowl or Fiesta Bowl. I doubt they'll beat Florida, but they've given good teams hell for a long time (31-3 at… [cont.]
